-The suite is also priced above there ideal budget, so they are struggling with the price as well.

-Overall they enjoyed the suite, and like the distillery.

-John aslo believe's the building is currently in the midst of several legal battles that total about $8 Million in potential lawsuit liabilities.  He believes and potential buy could be liable for aproximmaly $40,000 in special assessment fee's.
